Processing Time

Because stryz. apparel is printed and assembled to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Typical delivery after dispatch is 5-10 business days domestically and 7-20 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs processing.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the checkout price and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days or your package appears lost, contact us at henrik.workk@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Lost or Stolen Packages

stryz. is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery. If this happens, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and contacting local authorities if appropriate; we're happy to help provide documentation.
